Acrylgel HD-02 application procedure:
- Perform standard nail preparation: remove the pre-coat, trim the cuticle, smooth the surface and shape the nails as desired. It is recommended to clean the nail plate with a disinfectant and degreaser.
- Use acid primer on the nail plate and wait 2 minutes for it to dry.
- Use the extension molds or start modeling the nail right away.
- Take the required amount of Acryl Gel using a poucher or brush. Apply the Acryl Gel with a brush dipped in clincher.
- If necessary, clamp the arch with the clincher.
- Dry in a lamp. In a UV lamp with arch clamping - 1 minute, press the arch and dry for another 1 minute. Without clamping - 2 minutes in LED lamp or 1 minute in hybrid lamps.
- Perform the dusting procedure, shape with a 150 or 180 grit soft file.
- Apply a gel polish top or colored gel polish, dry and topcoat.
- To remove Acryl Gel, use a cutter or remove with a gel polish remover.

Step 1: Prepare the Natural Nail
- Gently push back and remove the cuticle.
- Shape the natural nail using a file.
- Remove the shine with a buffer.
- Cleanse the nail with a nail cleaner or dehydrator.
Step 2: Apply a Base Coat
- Apply a thin layer of rubber or gel base coat.
- Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 30–60 seconds.
Step 3: Apply Acrylgel HD-02
- Squeeze a small amount of Acrylgel from the tube.
- Cut off the desired amount using a spatula and place it on the nail or nail form.
Step 4: Shape the Product
- Dip your brush into Slip Solution (or rubbing alcohol) and gently spread the product over the nail.
- Shape and smooth as desired, building the apex and structure.
- Cure under a UV lamp for 2 minutes or LED lamp for 60–90 seconds.
Step 5: Finishing
- Clean the sticky layer if present.
- File and refine the shape of the nail.
- Buff the surface for smoothness.
Step 6: Top Coat
- Apply a top coat for shine and protection.
- Cure and finish with cuticle oil.
- Polyurethane Acrylate Oligomer: Provides flexibility and strength.
- Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA): Offers durability and structure.
- Hydroxyethyl Methacrylate (HEMA): Enhances adhesion to the natural nail.
- Photoinitiators: Such as Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone and Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, which initiate the curing process under UV/LED light.
- Colorants: Like CI 60725, to achieve the desired shade.
