Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you can cancel it by contacting our support team at [support@email.com].
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the items following our Return Policy.

Returns & Refunds

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • Unused & Unopened Items: Can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Used or Opened Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened nail polishes.
