Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery within Ireland: €7

HD Hollywood Ultrabond
- Free delivery: Available on orders over €70
Express Same-Day Delivery (Ennis, Limerick, Shannon)
- Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Standard Delivery (Other areas in Ireland)
- We partner with An Post and UPS for standard delivery.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after processing.
- Total delivery time: 1–3 business days for most areas in Ireland.
- In case of unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues), delivery may take longer but never exceeds 10 business days.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1 business day from the time of payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
Delays & Assistance
- If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us at support@eclat.ie, and we will assist you promptly.
Risk and Liability
- Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
- Eclat.ie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
- We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or severe weather conditions.
