All products imported and sold via Eclat.ie are accompanied by appropriate documentation, which may include:

- Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR)
- Notification in the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP)

Documentation is reviewed and archived by the manufacturer and/or their designated RP.

5. Importation and Transport

Goods are imported from certified suppliers using legally compliant logistics services. All shipments undergo customs clearance in accordance with Irish and EU importation laws. Eclat.ie operates within the commercial imports.

6. Product Labeling and Packaging

All products are labeled in accordance with EU cosmetic labeling requirements. This includes clear indication of ingredients, use instructions, batch numbers, shelf life, and the RP's contact details.

7. Training and Professional Use

Where applicable, Eclat.ie provides professional-grade products intended for use by trained professionals. Short-term training courses are offered for safe and effective product usage, and certificates of completion are issued upon request. These certificates are not academic diplomas.
