The Celebrity rubber base by HD Hollywood has everything you need for a perfect manicure.
Rubber Base HD CELEBRITY provides high quality, moderate consistency, and rich pigment. The rubber base makes it durable. Therefore, this base is able to provide a long-lasting manicure from 3 to 4 weeks. The coating can be applied to natural and extended nails. It protects them from chips, breaks, mechanical damage, etc.

It is recommended to dry in a UV/LED/lamp no higher than 24-36W (30-60 seconds). If your lamp is more than 36W, to prevent the nail plate from heating up during polymerization, you need to reduce the power of the lamp.

Step 1: Nail Preparation
Remove any old coating using a gel remover or an e-file.
Push back the cuticles gently with a cuticle pusher and clean up if needed.
Shape the nails with a nail file to your desired length and form.
Buff the surface of the nail lightly with a buffer to remove shine and help with product adhesion.
Clean and dehydrate the nail plate using a lint-free wipe soaked with a nail cleanser or dehydrator.
Step 2: Applying the Rubber Base
Apply a thin, even coat of HD Rubber Base HD CELEBRITY No. 01 over the entire nail, making sure to seal the free edge.
Cure under a nail lamp:
UV lamp: 2 minutes
LED lamp: 30–60 seconds
Step 3: Applying Gel Polish (optional)
Apply one layer of gel polish over the cured base.
Cure according to the gel polish instructions (usually 2 minutes in a UV lamp or 30–60 seconds in a LED lamp).
Apply a second coat for full opacity if needed, and cure again.
Step 4: Finishing the Manicure
Apply a top coat to seal and protect the color.
Cure the top coat under your lamp.
If the top coat leaves a sticky (tacky) layer, wipe it off using a lint-free wipe and nail cleanser.
Apply cuticle oil around the nail and massage gently for hydration.
Additional Tips
Always cap the free edge with each layer to extend wear time.
Avoid applying the base coat too thickly to prevent heat spikes during curing.
For best results, use gel polish and top coat from the same product line or brand.

4. 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone
– A photo-initiator that helps cure the product under UV or LED light.
5. Bis(2-Methacryloxyethyl) Phosphate
– Improves adhesion and helps the base layer grip both the nail and subsequent gel layers.
